Bright Whites

As spring has finely arrive in the city of Toronto I feel the need to bring out my white pants. Yes I have been wanting to wear them all winter and I really should have as winter whites look amazing, I just didn’t have it in me. Well now I do and I have found my inspiration to do so.
As I was spending a little time pinning on one of my favorite sites (I may spend a little to much time on there.) I found some amazing outfits with white pants. One stood out at me, as if felt like I could recreate it as I had similar clothing in my closet and looks office appropriate.

This outfit was perfect for me to try and make it my own. Spring style at it finest I think so here is my recreation on how I have style a similar looking piece.

Joie de Vivre

Friday night I was at a charity gala that friends of mine have put on. This was the Friends For Life Fiundation’s 9th gala and I have to say it was one of the best ones yet.
FFLF was put together by a group of friends who are personally affected by both Cancer and Cystic Fibrosis and hold this great gala every year. They do an amaing job raising money to support Cystic Fibrosis Canada and the Oncology Unit at SickKids Hospital.
The fflf team and their voulenteers work so hard for all of us to have a wonderfull time with great people.
This years theme was Joie de Vivre “joy of living” and it was a joyful experience. They had a amazing cheese station with tons of different cheeses to choose from. Burlesque dancers a silent auction and to top it off an ice cream cart. It was a great night had by all and i would like to thank the fflf team for all thier hard wark and I can’t wait till next year.

To this gala I wore a black dress from Suzy Shier, shoes; BCBGeneration, clutch; Betsey Johnson
